Etiquetteer voted early today. While many people take advantage of early or absentee voting (and Etiquetteer would not dream of denying them), Etiquetteer values the community aspect of voting on Election Day, the image of a nation coming together to express its (albeit divided and clamorous) voice.
Happily no divided or clamorous voices were raised at Etiquetteer’s polling place! Everyone behaved in an orderly way, nor did Etiquetteer see any Overtly Partisan Apparel. When you vote today (when, not if!) be sure to thank the poll workers for their service.
Floating in the halls of the polling place, clearly abandoned from a birthday the day before, this balloon surely didn’t get to vote, but expressed a positive message. Etiquetteer remains buoyed with hope as a a result.
